Dr. Amanda Bostic is a native of Monroe County.  She was raised on a family farm working with a mirage of animals including dairy and beef cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and even buffalo.

Dr. Bostic completed a dual major consisting of a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Nutritional Science and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Environmental Education at West Virginia University in 2008.  She continued her education at The Ohio State University earning her DVM in 2012.

Dr. Bostic enjoys mixed animal practice but her heart lies in the dairy industry as she loves working with dairy cattle.  In her spare time, she enjoys showing and judging dairy cattle, crafting and reading.
