As a new client of our animal hospital in Oak Hill you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.
When you check in at our front desk you will be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous team members. After your pet has been registered to see a doctor, you may take a seat in our lobby. We are a walk-in clinic and your pet will be seen as soon as possible.
You will be called into an exam room when your turn has arrived and one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.
This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
After your pet’s exam and treatment, our front desk staff will process your payment.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients in a timely manner. Occasionally we do experience delays due to an emergency or other unexpected event. We try to ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
